SKYLINE PIRATES RULES

Respectful Behavior: Treat all players, regardless of their in-game progress or abilities, with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Cheating and Exploits: Using cheats, hacks, or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players caught cheating will face consequences, including potential account suspension.

Gameplay Fairness: Players must play fairly and competitively. Unfair practices, such as win-trading or match-fixing, are not allowed.

No Real-Money Trading: The exchange of in-game items, characters, or currency for real-world currency or goods is forbidden. This includes selling in-game items or accounts on third-party websites.

Inappropriate Content: Posting, sharing, or promoting inappropriate or offensive content, such as adult material or offensive language, is not allowed.

Identity and Account Security: Do not share your account details with others. Maintaining the security of your account is your responsibility.

Character and Guild Names: Choose names that are appropriate and inoffensive. Names that violate the game's naming policy will be subject to change.

Reporting Violations: If you witness a violation of these rules, report it through the in-game reporting system. False reports are also subject to action.

Age Restriction: Skyline Pirates may have age restrictions. Players under the specified age limit may require parental consent to play.

DONATION REFUND POLICY

We appreciate and value your support through donations to Skyline Pirates. However, we want to clarify our stance on donation refunds:

Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Skyline Pirates are non-refundable. Once you have donated, the funds are considered a voluntary contribution to the game's development and maintenance.

Voluntary Refunds: If a player wishes to make a refund, it will be done solely at their free will. However, it's important to understand that this is not a standard practice, and refunds will not be automatically processed.

Contacting Support: If you wish to request a refund for a donation, you can contact our customer support team. They will evaluate the request and make a determination based on individual circumstances.

Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as accidental double payments or unauthorized transactions. These cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the primary purpose of donations is to support the game's ongoing development and operation. We rely on the generosity of our players to continue providing an enjoyable gaming experience for all. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.
